Emergency after-hour calls are returned within 15 minutes.
What happens if I call outside of regular office hours?
You are prompted to select either: non-emergency or emergency. Non-emergency phone calls are returned the next business day. Emergency service phone calls will receive a call back from our on-call technician within 15 minutes.
Do After Hours Service visits cost more?
Yes, it costs more to have a service technician visit after regular office hours. Generally, there is a minimum two hour call-out charge; however, there are variables like statutory holidays, or if you enjoy the benefits of TELECO Maintenance Club. The best thing is to ask us before anything happens, or you can ask a service technician before he visits for service. Our technicians are well versed about after hours charges.
