Landline Coordinator (Scheduling)
I look after answering all service calls and scheduling the dispatch of the appropriate technicians. I also schedule all installations for all big jobs and coordinate everything with our customers.
The most rewarding part of my job is providing excellent customer service to my clients.
Teleco™ is a family-orientated work place and I like this very much. Everyday is challenging but having knowledgeable, helpful and caring staff to work helps us accomplish terrific things for our customers every day.
In my spare time, I like spending time with family and friends, cooking and spending time outdoors at our family camp.
