Landline Coordinator (Scheduling)
Teleco is a family-orientated work place and have amazing co-workers that I consider as family.
Every day is a different challenge but having knowledgeable and caring staff to work with helps
accomplish terrific solutions for our customers.
My role is answering the phone and assisting customers with any concerns they may have.
Work closely with our install team and arrange where they need to be on a daily basis.
The most rewarding part of my job is providing excellent customer service to our customers and
hearing feedback in the community about our great customer service experience they had with
our Teleco Team in the field or with our administration staff.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my 2 sons, enjoy cooking and
puttering in my flower garden.
